Attorney Kurt M. Armstrong is the founding member of Armstrong, Betker, and Schaeffer, PLC. He has practiced law for 39 years and, for the last 19 years, focused his practice in the areas of divorce, family law, and probate litigation. Mr. Armstrong is a 1978 graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law and began his service to the community by law clerking and representing senior citizens through Berrien County Legal Services. He started his private legal practice in 1983, and, since that time, has been associated with other successful attorneys.

She has successfully argued appeals in the Michigan Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the Social Security Appeals Council. She has extensive experience in the courtroom and at administrative hearings. W. Brendan Neal is licensed to practice in Michigan and Federal courts. His primary areas of practice are family law, civil litigation, criminal defense, probate, and CPS administrative hearings. He interned at the Public Defender Service in Washington, D.C., and the Montgomery County (OH) Public Defender's Office. Brendan graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law and did his undergraduate studies at Eureka College, graduating magna cum laude with degrees in political science and history.
